Fabulous! Amazing POV and the scale of the cathedral to the people. Brava.
I love how the monochrome brings out the patterns on the columns. Beautifully done.
You 've got a great talent to tell a lot with a little..Choosing this angle, you explain where you are, how big and impressive is the place, and make a powerful shot!
Beautiful photo and really impressive building!
Maxive columns!Great angle in this picture, I liked a lot!Léia
The columns are so interesting...they look water-stained.
I like this new one better, the columns free of any advertisement!
I was just going to say the same thing, Hilda! I've never seen these in person. Is it marble? cement?
Massive columns set off by much more delicate ironwork. Impressive. I like the figure seen through the railing - gives a great sense of scale.
Those columns are enormous!
Imposing column, I like the veneers of the marble rendered perfectly in B&W.
I enjoy familiar things shot from different angles, I think we all do.
I can feel the weight of those massive columns. I like the counterpoint of the person sitting off to the side. You have a great eye for composition.
Love the monchrome - your tones are nice. Your angle makes it look enormous and feel heavy (which is great!).
A very fine monochrome image!
It looks humongous!!! Beautiful!
Love that perspective of columns going up and monochrome tones
Buildings with columns seem to draw the camera, they always make a good b&w subject.
