I must be mistaken as I thought the swan boats were retired a few years ago. Was that the case, or am I dreaming? I've managed to miss seeing them on each of my Boston trips!
Hi Chuck. Too bad you missed the Swan Boats, maybe on your next visit. They are seasonal, Spring and Summer, with very limited hours in the early Spring. The Swan Boats are very popular in the Summer as you can imagine.
The sawns make me think of the boats of Louis II von Bayern, the boats make me think of gondols in Venezia, and benches make me think of beloved things! :) But all together will now make me think of Boston, as you already showed them in your blog as something typical from your town.
Oh that is a sweet photo, have many pleasant memories of the swan boats (in season) Boston planned well to preserve parkland in the middle of the city.

No swan-song here. This is an image of pleasure, of memories of happy excursions.
