It is a terrible thing to happen. I don't know what to say, it feels too close - people like us who live in big cities and take part in races or stand on the sidelines to support them. It could happen to any one of us.
Dreadful news, so sad for those caught up in the carnage and having to deal with the aftermath. It seems a senseless act. My thoughts and prayers are with your city.
Such a vibrant, cheerful photo - what happened later is still incredibly difficult to comprehend, and so terribly heartbreaking. How surreal it must seem to you! I'm sure glad you're okay, and hope your friends and loved ones are as well.
