Handsome indeed. I love the shadows over the door, too. Looks like there is some sort of elaborate metal balcony above.
The stairs are giving the door its majesty.Not practice in modern life, but so beautyful!

Oh, nice. I love photos of doorways - always want to imagine what's on the other side. It must be fun making a grand entrance (exit?) down these steps everyday!

The little Westie in my church photo was not mine. I didn't actually notice him until he started growling at me! His owner was sitting on a bench in the church yard.
