George Washington, Bruins Fan

Our local hockey team, the Boston Bruins, is in the finals for the Stanley Cup and it seems everyone is a fan.

That is funny. I wonder who put that jersey on him. (There is one big fan of the Bs in Hartford . . . go Bruins!)

Good Luck with the Stanley Cup! I'm from the Phil Esposito glory days of the Boston Bruins, so I know the fever!!!

We were there yesterday, wondering if you'd caught this shot. There were more than a few people taking photos, including my husband. We think it was an MIT prank, based on the engineering it took to get the sleeves around his arms.

I love it when people do funny things to statues (silly things, not vandalism). I remember seeing Nelson with a football shirt on during the FIFA last year and a statue in Novi Sad holding a beercan duing the annual Exit Festival there last year.
