Lunaform - Sullivan, Maine

I visited Lunaform in Sullivan, Maine about six months ago, but never posted any photos. I did post a picture of Dan Farrenkopf, one of the co-owners, who on a moments notice gave us a tour of Lunaform and let us wander the grounds taking pictures. I found a news story and video about Lunaform on the Bangor Daily News website, and a short video on YouTube about the owners and their company; very interesting and worth a look.
Below are two photos of some of the Lunaform planters in front of the Verizon Building in Post Office Square in downtown Boston. The arrangements are different because I took the photos in different seasons, the one on the left is from last Fall, the one on the right earlier this month.

This must have been a fascinating tour to take and a good place for a photographer. The pots are classical in form and very sturdy looking.

He looks like he's very talented! I like this post. I used to spend a lot of time in garden and horticulture places in South Africa because, well, I had a garden. Now I have a patch of grass that the dogs like to call a toilet.
