iPod, uPod, we allPod

Large iPod billboard sign at the corner of Stuart and Columbus. Doesn't it seem that advertising is encroaching on every part of society - sports stadiums are covered with advertising signs and are named for products or companies; city buses are moving advertising signs, and billboards are getting larger and larger.

We certainly do live in the land of consumerism.

I love the photo, but I was shocked by the size of the billboard. I agree with the encroachment, and I don't like it ... every square inch is in jeopardy of being covered! I guess Times Square is a good example of over doing it.

There is a billboard just like it here on the Strip at the Fashion Show Mall. I see many IPODs at the gym. I'm holding out(I am basically cheap.) Do you have one?

Hi All, thanks for your comments. And yes, iPod too, couldn't live without it. Podcasts are commercial free!
