JFK Statue

Statue of John F. Kennedy on the grounds of the State House. This area used to be open to the public, but is no longer.

Hmmm... now closed to us, eh? Very happy I have photos of this JFK statue, then in that case. It is an excellent statue, too, and made a lasting impression on me. Happy St. Patrick's Day to you!

Impressive sculpture of Kennedy - really captures his energy. And set against a beautiful building.

Great shot of this one, Clueless. I'm trying to remember where it is on the grounds.

Thanks for your comments. George, the statue is in the front of the State House at the entrance of the west wing. The Hooker statue is in front of the east wing.

I do like this statue. . .I wonder what old Jack would be thinking of the elections this year.

Sad that JFK is now isolated from the crowds. He used to be seen a such an approachable man.

Great statue.
