Painting in the Public Garden

Warmer weather brought out people in droves to the Common and the Public Garden today. This guy was painting in the Public Garden and was so totally focused on his painting that when I asked if I could photograph him, I think his grunt was yes. He didn't even turn his attention away from his canvas for even a second when I took a couple of shots.

Awesome! I walked by someone painting the old Filene's building in Downtown Xing the other day. He had quite a gaggle of onlookers.

Nice of you to ask permission but can't blame the artist for not wanting to interrupt his concentration and flow. I'm usually like that when I'm out shooting, too, and can certainly identify.

Great shot!! This reminds me of one I took 100 years ago ... I'm going to find it and post it, just for laughs.

I don't ask if they have their back to me, lol! Only for the face shots.

To what shall I compare this life of ours?

it is no more. -Gibon Sengai (1750-1837)
