Wednesday Doorway

I neglected to note, when I first posted this picture, that the building is located on the corner of Cambridge Street at New Chardon Street in Downtown Boston. It is very close to the Bowdoin (Blue Line) MBTA station.

very interesting indeed - a combo of art deco and fun fare. Terrific find.

Such a modern door !
Brilliant!
...and the old rose colour put something "retro" that I liked a lot!

I love the way the dark lines of tree shadow compliment the rounded edges and whimsy of this building.

Oh yes, after last week's summit I was wondering what was coming up next. No disappointment here. Beautiful lines.

Hi All, thank you for your comments.

Harriet I was remiss in not mentioning the location of this building. It is located on the corner of Cambridge Street at New Chardon Street in Downtown Boston. Right near the Bowdoin (Blue Line) MBTA station.

Unique, for sure. Almost looks like doors to a cave.

I tried to read the name above the doors, but could not. It appears to be an apartment building; yes?
