It's Monday and the weekend is over, so it's time to go back to work. This building lobby is one I sometimes cut through on my way to work, when I get off the train at South Station.
Monday also means Monochrome Monday because participating blogs post b&w photos. These monochrome maniacs can be found at Ailenis. Please visit and leave a comment or two. Have a great week.

Love this geometrical shot with it's enormous depth.
Lobby designed for monochrome? Your pic makes it look as if.
I agree with Bim - and great perspective.
Beautiful shot. I admire the cleanliness of American buildings. Strict and elegant at the same time.
Perfect angle and framing.
Lovely busy workday shot!
Tremendous depth of field. Makes you feel as if you could just keep going. Super monochrome entry.

Neat shot. I like the pattern in the floor, probably not that noticeable in color.
Very nice! Are you happy with your new camera? I am discovering something every day but I must say that the instruction book is not really so helpful...
I love the flooring even more so in mono, great photo....
What a wonderful passage to work every day! What a great vision the designer of this lobby had . . . you celebrate it nicely in this monochrome.
Wonderful shot!
That is such a perfect contrast for monochrome. I am impressed.
