and then there's the officer supervising in his lime slicker, and the aging christmas decorations on the lamp post...so many details for us to study. Thank you.
Scaffholdings are diferent from the french ones. And the policeman is dressed in an other way too.I like those street scenes!
Somebody is in a hurry, somebody is not. The police officer is keeping an eye on the workers.
I can think of nothing more appropriate than a photo of Winter Street in the month of January -:)
