Located on the Esplanade, the Hatch Memorial Shell is where the Boston Pops plays their July 4th nationally televised concert. You can see two other views of the shell: one here, and here.

Wednesday Doorway

This week's doorway can be found at the Hatch Shell on the Esplande. The Hatch Shell is an outdoor bowl style stage on the banks of the Charles River and is probably best known for the annual Boston Pops July 4th concert. The polished granite base is fine for late afternoon reflections.
