Bromfield Street

A view up Bromfield St. at the corner of Province Street during the snow storm we got yesterday. The restaurant pictured is Marliave's, which originally opened in 1885.

Offering a hot meal in a cold city should bring in the customers.

Strange architcture for this restaurant, which does not seem to be so old. But the only warm place of the street, and so , very inviting!

Real nice 'cold day in the city' shot, especially with the lights and the falling snow. Good one.

Wonderful! Brr, I can feel the chill from the snowfall...

I agree with the others. This is an excellent urban shot. The neon in the center has the warmth of fire and draws our eye, just as it must draw the feet of customers, particularly on such a miserable day.

Beautiful picture!
It's so difficult to walk in these streets with snow!

A good day to be inside!

A comfortable looking place ... no wonder as they've had 125 years to settle in!
