Watery reflections

Temperatures have changed from the teens to mid-50s resulting in large puddles and small lakes in the downtown area. This shot is from the mall on Commonwealth Avenue. One of the side benefits is I did not have to wear my winter shoes to work for the first time in a few months.

Looks like you could use your rubbers. Do they even make them any more?

I agree with all comments. Aren't you brave to wear your street shoes? What about the mud? But the shot itself is an excellent urban moment.

This shot is just so beautiful. Funny how a puddle can hold so much potential for a great photo. It is a day brightener just to see it. Spring is trying to get here, and I think we are all more than ready. Snow here two nights ago, but blue skies yesterday and today. And my crocuses came up!

I worked in that area (on Bolyston, near the Pru) many years ago. This shot looks very familiar. It also makes me glad I'm here (in La) where melting snow is not a factor.
