Monochrome Monday - Stairs

Today is Monday and it's time to get back to work. It's also the day for many of us to post a b&w photo. We can all be found at the Home of Monochrome Monday. Give the others a visit and leave a comment or two. Have a great week.

These stairs are adjacent to the JFK Federal Building in City Hall Plaza and lead to the North End. I was lucky when I was taking the picture a man appeared in the distance to complete the composition.

Hey, really nice angle! How are you doing with your new Leica? I am very happy with it but I can't say the same for the instruction book...

Very interesting perspective. The man gives something more, and at the same time, is a little frightening. With that angle, I see him like a threat..

Yes!
Well balanced, but with breathless attention.

You are right about the man: he adds to the photo, and what adds also more, is the black suit and white blouse that he (seems to) wear!
Very nice photo!

Great perspective and lines, and the pedestrian in the distance really does complete the shot.

Great capture.

That's a great perspective and what luck for the man to appear just for your photograph!

Wonderful angle and composition (thanks stranger!) Seen like that, it could almost be a Roman stair.

( I was sick since last night and just to take a glance in this star I'm sure I couldn't walk there...so many steps!Oh gosh!'So tired...

The stairs look steep but I imagine it's the angle from which you took this shot.
